About Robert

Robert Michael Hersch holds a bachelor's degree in political science from American University in Washington, D.C., a masters degree in public administration from the University of Arizona, and received his law degree from Seattle University.

Prior to opening his private practice in 1988, Robert first worked as an assistant city attorney for the Tucson City Attorney, handling a wide range of civil matters, thereafter as a vice president in a real estate development firm in Tucson, Arizona.

Robert has a strong interest in non-adversarial legal strategies and is one of the founding members of the Collaborative Law Group of Southern Arizona (CLGSA). He has extensive training in mediation, has been conducting mediations since 1988, and has handled a large number of divorce mediations to a successful conclusion for both parties.
