Mediation

Robert has extensive training in mediation, has been conducting mediations since 1988 and has handled a large number of divorce mediations to a successful conclusion for both parties. Mediation greatly reduces the cost and confrontational nature of most divorces and other disputes. As a mediator, Robert does not represent either party, but acts as a neutral intermediary in helping the parties reach agreement acceptable to both parties. The vast majority of mediations that Robert has conducted have concluded without the need for a court trial.
